Waste Trough Setup
The D2 is supplied with a PTFE waste trough that has a marine grade stainless steel (SS316) hose fitting. The hose fitting is a barbed outlet to suit hose with an inner diameter of 6mm (1.4"). PTFE 6mm hose is supplied with the dispenser so you can run the waste hose down into a carboy or other similar waste bottle if you require.
PTFE and SS316 are the wetted materials in the waste channel. These materials are compatible with a very wide range of chemicals.
Alternatively if you do not require a large waste volume you can simply use a small secondary waste trough as shown here. The secondary waste trough simply sits alongside the dispenser.
